Join fellow delegates for a drink or two at the ACP Welcome Reception. This event provides a great opportunity for delegates to network and get to know each other. All registered presenters and audience members are welcome to attend. Admission is included in the conference registration fee. The event will be held at the Toshi Center Hotel, in the Orion Hall (5F).

Karate: Martial Arts Showcase
Karate, deeply embedded in Japanese culture, is revered not just for its physical techniques but also its underlying philosophy of balance and self-discipline. Student practitioners from Waseda University’s Karate Club will be delivering a dynamic performance at the Welcome Reception.

The Conference Dinner at Shunju Tameikesanno is priced at 12000 JPY per person, with a limited capacity of 50 guests. Your ticket grants you access to the three-course meal at Shunju Tameike Sanno, inclusive of all the listed food and beverages (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options).
