About Kimono Teacher Satoko Yamada
Satoko Yamada is a Kimono Teacher with over ten years of experience, specialising in the traditional art of kimono dressing. Based in Nagoya, Japan, she has dedicated her career to preserving and sharing this intricate aspect of Japanese culture. Satoko has studied with eight kimono experts and has obtained a diploma from Higher Normal Kimono School. She is known for teaching the importance of grace and manners when wearing a kimono. Satoko aims to inspire appreciation and understanding of the kimono, making this traditional art form accessible to a wider audience.
